You are eligible to receive a refund if you did not get visible results with the workout plan and all of the following conditions are met:
- You purchased your monthly, 3-month, or 6-month plan via the website.
- You contact us within 30 days after you purchased the workout plan.
- You have followed the workout plan at least for 21 consecutive days within the first 30 days after your purchase.
- You are able to demonstrate you followed our personalized workout plan by providing us with a screen video or screenshots of workout plan history, which you have personally passed.
You can demonstrate that you have followed the personalized workout plan only if:
- you provide photos or/and videos of your workout history, which you have completed according to our personalized workout plan during 21 (twenty one) consecutive days.
- the minimum number of completed workouts from the personalized workout plan depicted in your photos/videos should be equal to at least 12 workouts.
We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 of days.
Please note that only fulfillment of the above requirements allows you to receive a complete refund under “Money Back Policy”.
This Money Back Policy was posted on 10 November 2020. It is effective upon acceptance for new users and from 10 November 2020 for all other users. This Money Back Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to the Terms of Service unless otherwise provided for therein.
